Snacking Sunny-Side Up

What pairs best with your favorite DJ, a champagne parade, and Las Vegas’ sweltering summer sun?

Survey says … caviar, according to The Strip’s latest dayclub craze. Popping up on the menu at both Encore Beach Club and Marquee Dayclub, you can now enjoy a super luxurious snack—by the ounce—while turning all the way up.

On its recently debuted VIP grill menu, Encore Beach Club moves well beyond the typical pool-day fare of chicken strips and Caesar salad wraps with delicacies such as a seafood platter and tomahawk steak made available from the day-club adjacent Mexican restaurant, Casa Playa.

Tao Beach, located at The Venetian, offers an opulent sushi boat experience inspired by the Tao restaurant menu—enjoy various types of nigiri, specialty rolls, and sashimi from the shade.

Ayu Dayclub, at Resorts World, stays true to strips and fries with a platter of chicken piled high enough for the whole party to share.

If you want the vibe of poolside dining sans sunscreen, swimsuits, and sandals, opt for a water view at Kassi Beach House, where the vibes are Mediterranean and the atmosphere is air conditioned.
