It’s not every day that a resort is built from the ground up on The Strip; however, Fontainebleau Las Vegas has lurked unfinished in the city’s skyline since breaking ground in 2007. Sixteen years later, it welcomed the world through its doors on December 13 just as the original Miami location celebrated its 70th birthday. The top three experiences on our Bleau to-do list? First, we’re checking out Mother Wolf, where Chef Evan Funke brings Roman flare to the desert with his unforgettable oxtail meatballs. Next, we’re heading to Groot Hospitality’s Liv Las Vegas Nightclub where John Summit, an unstoppable force who exploded onto the music scene and boasts over five hundred million Spotify streams, stars as the first resident DJ. We’re rounding out our experience at The Lapis Spa, a next-level wellness experience featuring a salt cave, an event sauna, and a co-ed sensory room with communal healing waters. If you’re about that spa life, you know it’s the bells and whistles that matter. Happy Fontainebleau-ing! fontainebleaulasvegas.com
