It’s unheard of for a show, spectacle, or anything else for that matter to start off-Strip in Las Vegas and then jump the boulevard to the big leagues. But in this town of dreams, there’s a first time for everything. Particle Ink, a cross between immersive theater and virtual attraction, launched in the downtown Arts District in 2022 and makes its way to the Luxor on March 14. “Particle Ink: House of Shattered Prisms,” created by Kaleidoco in partnership with MGM Resorts, transports visitors to the 2.5th dimension (faster than a yard-long margarita induced brain freeze), where they determine their fate. On the self-guided, choose-your-own-adventure journey, engage with interactive, projection-mapped technology and original music as the storyline ruptures the seams between real life and the virtual world. The second experience, scheduled 10 times a week, features an hour-long live performance of acrobatics and street dance in combination with interactive technology. No matter the portal you choose, you always end up the winner. particleink.com/lv
